An Adventure with TEDxMileHigh speaker Nita Mosby Tyler exploring how diversity, inclusion and equality are unique elements, all required to create true equity.
You may find yourself asking, “is there truly a difference between Equity and Equality or Inclusion and Diversity?” We often see these words without any clear definitions explaining the difference between them, which has led to systematic failure in creating equitable systems. Join Nita Mosby Tyler as we explore the ways several businesses and organizations are tackling these pillars in pursuit of real, transformational equity.
