Welcome back Finn O’Sullivan to the Cellar’s stage!
An award-winning alt-pop singer/songwriter based in Boulder, Colorado, Finn O’Sullivan plays guitar, ukulele, piano, and bass. She’s a little Regina Spektor, a little Dodie Clark, a little Regrettes when she rocks it out, and a lot her own creative self. A prolific songwriter, Finn says that songwriting is a way for her to express herself and talk about things that are important to her, which is sometimes hard for her to do in everyday conversation. She is “committed to create things that other people can relate to,” and her songs are a testament to this commitment. With an Instagram tagline of “love, heartbreak and self-deprecation,” Finn writes about the universal themes of love and loss with both humor and compassion, and her turns of phrase and sometimes surprising chord progressions evidence a maturity in musicianship far beyond her years. Her lyrics range from old soul to millennial quirky, and her clever, catchy tunes simply get stuck in your head…
As usual on a Friday, our tasting room will be open from 4pm – 8:30ish. There is NO COVER, though tips for the musician(s) are encouraged and appreciated. We do not serve food, but picnics and snacks are welcome and encouraged…Come enjoy our handcrafted organic liquid magic!
