Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra – GRAN DUO: HIGDON AND FOLEY

Xavier Foley, contrabass, and Eunice Kim, violin, join the Phil in a brilliant performance of Bottesini’s Gran Duo Concertante. Concert highlights include Foley’s own composition, For Justice and Peace, and the Colorado premiere of Jennifer Higdon’s Cold Mountain. The concert concludes with Dvořák’s 8th Symphony, an homage to his Bohemian homeland.
