Boulder Genealogical Society Monthly Meeting

April 7 @ 7:00 pm

“Misbegotten: The Illicit Path to My Patriot,” By Christine Cochran
Can lineage to a patriot of the American Revolution be traced down a maternal line of misbegotten children? It can, and Christine Cochran did. Join Christine Cochran as she shares an incredible story in which illegitimacy is a family tradition!
Christine Cochran is a professional genealogist and owner of Our Provenance, Ltd. She has been conducting genealogical research for more than ten years. She is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG) and the Colorado Chapter of APG. She holds a BS in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, a Master’s in Computer Information Systems from Regis University, and is a graduate of Professional Genealogists Study Groups (ProGen.) Drawing on a wide range of skills, Christine helps people discover the stories in their family histories.
