BDA’s YouTube Video Production at Home (Remote via Zoom)

May 14 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Instructor Dave Taylor has a popular and successful YouTube channel with over 20,000 subscribers. But 99% of his videos are recorded at home with gear that cost just a few hundred dollars (well, other than the camera, but we’ll talk about that). How does he do it? What are the key elements to keep in mind as you head into this brave new video world? This specially-priced, two-hour class will include a discussion of staging, set design, green screen, lighting, sound, editing basics, creating thumbnails for your videos, and how to ensure your videos are easily found on YouTube search (and, by extension, Google search) too.

For the safety of our customers and instructors, nearly all BDA classes are being held remotely (online) until it’s safe to resume in-person classes. Our remote/online classes will continue to be taught by our same expert instructors and will be conducted live through Zoom, allowing all students to interact with each other, as well as the instructor at any time – so you’ll still have the ability to raise your hand when you have questions!

Please be sure to pre-register on the Boulder Digital Arts website;
