February 26 @ 5:30 pm
Reflecting on the findings in our 2019 Artist Census, the February 26, 2020 Artist Forum will be a guided discussion on making “a scene” for professional artists. What does it mean to have a good art scene? What can we learn from our experience in other cities? How can we amp it up in Boulder?
Artist Forums are a chance to commune with fellow artists, learn about resources and opportunities, hear from professional presenters on topics important to your practice and business, and galvanize your creative work. Each month the City of Boulder Office of Arts and Culture will offer a forum theme with a presenter and artist performance, and enough time to mingle. Light snacks will be provided. Amante Coffee in Galvanize will be open. Free and open to the public. Questions? Contact and RSVP to Lauren Click, firstname.lastname@example.org, 720-564-2355.
Co-presented with Galvanize Boulder.
