The Gift of Jazz is excited to partner with Muse Performance Space in Lafayette for an amazing night of music! Join us and Clare Church for a swinging tribute to one of jazz’s greatest drummers, Philly Joe Jones. The Centennial Concert Series is presented by the Gift of Jazz to honor some of the greatest jazz legends and the music they gave us. Each year Gift of Jazz chooses past musicians who would celebrate their centenary and presents a tribute concert in their honor; performed by some of the best Denver based jazz musicians.
The Muse is a fantastic local venue owned and run by Clare Church and Pete Lewis. Since its inception it has become a staple of the jazz scene here in Colorado. Patrons from come Denver and Boulder to partake in jam sessions, concerts and build this community. We are so excited to be working with Clare and her fantastic venue for this evening. You won’t want to miss this one.
